Carton production process

1 The design determines the final effect of the product

The design is particularly important for carton products, otherwise it is difficult to meet customer requirements. The marketing department transmits all the information of the customer to the process design department. After being designed by the design department, it can be transmitted to the manufacturing department to complete the realization of the product.

2) Select the appropriate safety factor K

The treatment of nonconforming products can be disposed of in four ways: repair, scrapping, changing accessories, and selling at a reduced price.

Corrective actions for non-conforming products. For batch nonconforming products, it is necessary to fill in the quality accident report form, find out the root cause of the quality accident, and take corresponding measures to effectively control it to avoid the recurrence of similar accidents. The principle of selection of corrugated boxes

(1) Corrugated model of corrugated cardboard

According to the flute height, it is divided into four categories: A, B, C, E, and the mechanical properties of different corrugated cardboard are also different. Type A corrugated cardboard has the highest plane pressure and high compressive strength; Type B is the opposite; Type C has better plane pressure, vertical pressure, parallel pressure and buffer force.

The thickness between corrugated cardboard, type A is the largest, type C is the second, type B is the smallest, type E is the smallest, because the thickness of the cardboard is easy to process and bend, therefore, the B-shaped corrugated paper is widely used in the packing and shipping of boxes with low requirements for the compressive strength of the box. According to the different mechanical properties of corrugated cardboard, it is better to use A or C type for single-sided corrugated boxes, A, B or B, C for double-sided corrugated boxes, and B type close to the outer surface, which can play an impact resistance. The combination of type A, B or type B and C can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the carton; In terms of printability, both B and C are conducive to printing.

(2) The box shape of the tile carton On the premise of ensuring the quality of the carton, the carton processing materials and packaging costs should be saved as much as possible. Like what. For cartons with the same volume, it is the most material-efficient when the length:width:height is 2:1:2, and the most material-intensive when the ratio is 1:1:1.
