Precautions for use:

1. The load mass of the pallet

The load mass of each pallet should be less than or equal to 2 tons. In order to ensure safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the goods carried should not exceed 2/3 of the width of the pallet.

2. The way of stacking the pallet goods

According to the type of goods, the quality of the goods contained in the pallet and the size of the pallet, reasonably determine the way the goods are stacked on the pallet. The utilization rate of the bearing surface area of the pallet should generally not be less than 80%. There are the following requirements for pallet loading:

A. Wooden, paper and metal containers and other rigid rectangular goods are staggered in single or multi-layer staggered stacking, stretch or shrink film packaging;

B. Paper or fibrous goods are stacked in multiple layers and cross-sealed with strapping belts.

C. Single-layer or multi-layer stacking of cylindrical goods such as sealed metal containers, reinforced with wooden covers.

D. Single-layer or multi-layer staggered stacking of paper products and textile goods that need to be protected by moisture-proof and waterproof, and reinforced structures such as corner support and cargo cover partition for stretch or shrink film packaging goods;

E. Fragile goods are stacked in one-way or multi-layer stacking, and wooden support partition structure is added

F. Metal cylinder cylindrical containers or single-layer vertical stacking of goods, and increase the reinforcement structure of cargo frames and slats;

G. Multi-layer staggered compacting and stacking of bag goods.

3. The fixed way of carrying goods on the pallet

The goods carried by the pallet are fixed in the main ways of bundling, gluing and binding, stretch wrapping, and can be used in conjunction with each other.

4. The pallet carries cargo protection and reinforcement

After the goods carried by the pallet are fixed, if they still cannot meet the transportation requirements, they should choose protective reinforcement accessories according to their needs. Reinforcement attachments are made of paper, wood, plastic, metal or other materials.

5. Precautions for the use of pallets with forklifts, shelves, etc

A. In the process of using the pallet by hydraulic vehicles and forklifts, the distance between the fork teeth should be as wide as possible to the outer edge of the fork inlet of the pallet, and the fork depth should be greater than 2/3 of the depth of the entire pallet.

B. Hydraulic vehicles and forklifts should maintain a uniform speed of advance and retreat and up and down during the use of pallet movement, so as to avoid damage to the pallet caused by sudden braking and rapid rotation and collapse of goods.

C. When the pallet is on the shelf, the pallet should be kept stable on the shelf beam, and the length of the pallet should be greater than the outer diameter of the shelf beam by more than 50mm.
